Madelaine teaches Mindful Yoga, a practice accessible to everyone, regardless of yoga experience, age, size, fitness or flexibility. It comprises, physical movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and restorative postures, with an emphasis on alignment, curiosity and stress relief.
Her personal mantra for practice is "breathe•move•rest•laugh"
Madelaine's received her 200 HR teaching certification from Maha Padma Yoga Temple, and continued her education through trainings with Yogaworks, Veteran Yoga Project and Connected Warriors.
She has worked extensively with and for the veteran community and is pleased to offer complimentary workshops for veteran organizations.
